Warranty

Our products come with a 1-month warranty from the date of purchase. If your product is defective or malfunctions within this period, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at T-Hub Ventures and provide proof of purchase.

 

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 1 month of the date of purchase for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at T-Hub Ventures and provide proof of purchase. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
